Each Home is configured differently, A minimum (1) Hour Charge applies to Diagnostic for Repiping Estimates or Mainline repair determination based on with time slot you select. IF, you accept our Estimate for the Repiping Job. The (1) hour Labor Charge is credited back to you. At the Completion of Repiping Job.

Receive an estimate from our competitors (Any License CSLB C36 Plumbing Contrator or C55 Water Conditioning Contrators). Provide a copy to WBMSC in writing, we will verify the price and I will try to beat their price by 7% percent for the same exact product, Time Frame, and Services.
WBMSC does not do free Estimates, we Use Flat-Rate Up-front Pricing.

Note: Local building code laws require homeowners to pull a permit on all new water heater installation and/or
replacement heaters. The customer is responsible for pulling the city permit. Permit Service booking fee of $589 if the client requests a Waterboy Municipal Solutions Corp. (WBMSC) representative to pull their permit on their behalf, paid upfront.

Secondary note: Repairs on a water heater do not require the homeowner to pull a permit.

To qualify for special additional service discounts at the time of service. Zelle, Venmo, or cash payment at the time of service is required. Customers agree to have read flat rate pricing minimum of $250 per fixture.
If the customer requests full invoices with line items, for any reason. We will happily provide one through Swipe Simple, but the additional paperless discount will be voided, and a full line Item invoice will be provided, but the customer must pay the regular price on the invoice for all services rendered, this covers the additional labor time need to process paperwork upfront before the invoice is provided.
